FINAL PROVISIONS

By using the Casino's services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions.
In case of dispute or claim arising out of or related to these Terms and Conditions, it shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration Act, 1991 (Ontario).
These Terms and Conditions supersede all previous agreements between you and the Casino.
